How does it work?
Buying a Home: At settlement, homebuyers will receive a closing cost credit from the Oliva Home Group and a closing cost credit from one of our local lending partners. Buyers also benefit from our Off-Market Home Search which is how we source properties for our clients; many times before they hit the market! With inventory so low, we focus on creating an environment where we are dealing directly with sellers without having to compete with other buyers. Lender credit is subject to lender credit & income requirements.
Selling a Home: Rather than get a stripped down limited listing, Home Sellers will receive a Platinum Level listing service that includes our Pro-Active Marketing plan, all at a lower commission structure. The Oliva Home Group Platinum Listing will net sellers top dollar in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of physical traffic through their homes. Savings example: A seller listing a $750,000 home can expect to save $7,500 on the sale of their home. In 2024, Oliva Home Group listings are selling in an average of 7 days and getting 105% of their original list price!
